Tiffany & Co’s latest offerings put its weight on “Modern Love”, expressed through real-life love stories.

SONIA CHEW & JEREMY SNG
Radio DJ Chew, 27, and Sng, her 40-year-old boyfriend, who is an investment banker, embody the brand’s message of love in diverse forms — regardless of age or background. Through their busy schedules and drastically different worlds, the couple’s love is bound by cheesy love notes they exchange with each other every other morning.
NELLIE LIM & ONG ZHE HAN
Lim and her husband Ong, both at 30 years old, have been a couple for 14 years — they were secondary school sweethearts. From spending their adolescence dancing at clubs to supporting each other through their careers, the lasting relationship between the couple is driven by love and respect for each other as individuals. Lim identifies their love with a poem by Persian poet, Hafez, which quotes, “Even after all these time, the Sun never says to the Earth, ‘you owe me.’ Look at what happens with a love like that, it lights the whole sky”.

The Collection

Audrey Hepburn looking for love in “Breakfast at Tiffany’s” played a significant part in the collective imagination of Tiffany & Co.'s branding. Its fantasy played on the heart strings of many. For almost 60 years, Tiffany & Co. has constantly brought a sense of reality to its jewellery lovers, supporting every milestone of the Tiffany woman through her life. Having spent decades defining its status as the ultimate purveyor of jewellery for the young and influential, this year, Reef Krakoff is aligning his vision with its iconic brand message of love. Equal parts romantic and pragmatic, the new Tiffany True engagement ring celebrates the next milestone of the Tiffany woman through the concept of modern love.

Whether it's through the different stages of a relationship or by societal standards, Tiffany & Co. celebrates love in its many guises while highlighting the sheer diversity of its consumers. In a collaboration earlier this year with Renell Medrano, Tiffany & Co. showcased a series of photographs featuring diverse couples. “I wanted to show a unique and different side of love — a realness and vulnerability that is unfiltered,” Medrano said.

Dressed in the new collection of rings and bracelets symbolic of commitment for the new generation of lovers, T Singapore explores the unique love language between two local couples, each with a distinctive love story that transcends the traditional meaning of love.

As a leader in the luxury jewellery industry, Tiffany & Co. has not only defined the standard of excellence but extended its influence in sustainability through responsible mining. For the full story, click here.
